Chapter 24: Father Himself Has Arrived!

“Sephine, how much longer am I going to have you lying on top of me?”

“Don’t talk. Just keep lying there.”

“Oh.”

The Demon King allowed Sephine to remain sprawled over her while she lay on the soft bed.

She had to admit, Sephine’s skin felt incredible.

If she weren’t afraid of hurting Sephine, the Demon King would have wanted to hold her in her arms and ravage her relentlessly.

Sephine’s hair kept drifting against the Demon King’s neck, tickling her and making her heart itch.

Squinting her eyes, she noticed a small figure not far from the doorway.

She rubbed her eyes and realized it was a person!

“Found you.”

A soft, sweet voice reached Sephine’s ears.

That didn’t seem right.

Was that the kind of voice a “little old man” should have?

Sephine had originally thought the small figure was just short because they were so old.

Looking closely, that was no old man.

It was entirely a girl who looked about 12 or 13 years old! Was this another one of Vi’s sisters?

But why did Vi call her an old geezer?

This made no sense.

“Don’t come out. Stay hidden in there,” Vi said to Sephine.

“What do you want? Breaking in without a word… you could go to prison for this!”

“Where is that girl named Sephine? Hand her over! I saw her in here!”

The girl’s presence was imposing, but her voice lacked authority.

It didn’t sound intimidating at all; rather, it sounded like she was acting spoiled.

At least, that was Sephine’s impression.

Hearing those words, the Demon King felt flames of anger rise in her heart.

“It has nothing to do with you!”

“Ai’er said she’s pregnant with your child.”

“I told you, it has nothing to do with you!”

Sephine reached out from under the blanket and tugged at the Demon King’s sleeve.

Although she wasn’t particularly eager to meet Vi’s father right now, there was no doubt that this little girl confronting Vi was her Father-in-law.

“Will you let me handle this?”

“No, she definitely has bad intentions.”
