Chapter 22: Raphael’s First Experience

“Master, welcome back.”

Raphael bowed her head slightly to welcome Laiyinmute back.

Even though her two slender, fair legs were still a bit unsteady, she overcame that difficulty.

After all, it wasn’t really a big deal.

Laiyinmute was carrying something in his hand.

It was a bag with a pattern on it.

Raphael recognized that pattern—it was from a popular brand of alcohol in town.

Although she didn’t go out on the streets very often, she still knew about such common things.

She took the bag from his hand and set it aside.

Then she stepped forward and placed her hands on Laiyinmute’s shoulders.

With a little pressure, she slipped off his white jacket.

Bringing it to her nose, she sniffed lightly.

The smell of blood was even stronger.

There were a few red drops on the white fabric.

She frowned slightly.

‘I wasn’t wrong. That bloody smell is coming from Laiyinmute.’

‘But… what does that have to do with me? I’m just a weak little maid who can’t even fight.’

‘Besides being unable to die, what’s so special about me?’

‘I won’t ask about my master’s affairs, even if he dies, it has nothing to do with me.’

‘Ah no, it does matter. If he dies, no one will drop gold coins for me to live on.’

Laiyinmute looked at Raphael and smiled, then placed his hand on her head and ruffled her hair.

When he had been dealing with those scumbags earlier, he had been extremely careful, but it was unavoidable that some blood got on him.

Raphael hung the white jacket on the coat rack nearby, then shifted her position and stood slightly behind him.

Laiyinmute took the two cans out of the bag and plopped down onto the sofa.

Raphael followed and sat down beside him, watching him curiously.

Laiyinmute held one can in his hand and used his free hand to twist open the cap.

A glugging sound came out.

Along with it came a strong scent of wheat.

He fanned his hand in front of the opening, and the aroma filled his nostrils.

His body trembled slightly.

He couldn’t help but admire in his heart that this shop’s brewing skill was as good as ever.

For some reason, he had been craving alcohol lately.

He had just been about to handle some dark clues near his home, so he took the chance to visit the commercial street.

He happened to pass by that tavern, so he decided to buy some to satisfy his craving.

He raised the glass and took a big gulp.

The fizzy liquid slid down his throat and into his stomach.

Seeing Laiyinmute so happy, Raphael just sat beside him.

To be honest, she had never drunk alcohol before.

As soon as she smelled that odor, her body instinctively recoiled.

She didn’t really like the smell.

But she had heard that you should eat something with alcohol, or else you might wake up with a headache the next day.

So she quietly went to the kitchen, stir-fried a plate of scrambled eggs with chili peppers, and brought over a pair of chopsticks.

She set the dish in front of Laiyinmute and sat down again.

The wine in his cup had already been drunk considerably.

But Laiyinmute didn’t seem affected at all—his face wasn’t even red.

Seeing the home-cooked stir-fry that Raphael brought, he nodded slightly, said “Thanks,” and picked up the chopsticks to take a bite.

The chili peppers Raphael bought were never the very spicy kind; they were mostly used for flavor.

Laiyinmute alternated between sips of wine and bites of food, and soon the cup was empty.

He twisted open the second can.

He took out two cups and filled them with the yellow liquid, then pushed one cup over to Raphael.

“Want to try?”

He asked.

Raphael wanted to refuse, but she also wanted to try.

After all, she had never drunk this before.

Everyone wants to try something new—like what she had done alone today, which was an example.

Seeing Raphael not respond, Laiyinmute seemed a bit sentimental and started talking to himself.

“Alcohol… it’s a good thing. It can stir up a person’s most primal desires. If someone has never drunk alcohol, what’s the difference between that and living in vain?”

Raphael tilted her head in confusion, watching the muttering Laiyinmute.

She thought to herself, ‘Could my master really have a screw loose?’

Raphael picked up the cup of yellow liquid and smelled it.

Just the smell made her feel a little dizzy.

Her pink lips slowly approached, touched the rim, and took a small sip.

At first, there was a sour, bitter taste, then the feeling of bubbles filling her mouth.

She swallowed with some difficulty.

In just a few seconds, her little face began to flush.

She closed her eyes and took a moment to recover.

A rich wheat aroma and an indescribably wonderful sensation hit her brain.

“Mmm…”

She let out a soft exclamation, then took a few more sips of the wine.

The floating feeling made Raphael very happy.

“Gulp… hiccup~”

She let out a small burp.

Her purple eyes had already become hazy.

Laiyinmute, who had been talking to himself, heard Raphael’s cute sound and turned to look.

The wine glass in his hand trembled slightly, and a few drops spilled onto his clothes.

“Hmm…? What’s the matter, Master~?”

Raphael looked at Laiyinmute with glazed eyes.

The blush on her small face, the beads of sweat on her forehead, and the glistening liquid at the corner of her mouth.

Laiyinmute couldn’t help but swallow.

His body felt hot.

“N-no… nothing. Stop drinking. Give me the wine.”

Laiyinmute reached out to snatch the glass from Raphael’s hand, but it was too late.

Raphael downed the remaining half of the cup in one gulp.

Her throat bobbed a few times as the liquid went down.

“Guu~”

Laiyinmute’s hand froze in midair.

Raphael shook the empty glass, glanced sideways at his suspended hand, and let out a mocking giggle.

Laiyinmute awkwardly withdrew his hand and silently drank his own wine.

Raphael placed the cup in front of Laiyinmute to signal she wanted more.

He didn’t refuse and poured her another cup.

This side of his little maid after drinking was something he had never seen before.

She was cute with a hint of playfulness, completely different from her usual self.

He wanted to see what Raphael would be like if she had more.

Laiyinmute raised his glass, leaned forward slightly, and then downed the cup he had just filled.

Seeing this, Raphael felt a competitive spirit rise in her heart.

She clumsily imitated Laiyinmute’s earlier action and drank her cup in one go.

Seeming unsatisfied, she raised her cup again for another, but this time Laiyinmute refused.

He knew all too well the principle that a small sip is pleasant, but heavy drinking harms the body.

He didn’t want to experience the feeling of waking up after drinking too much.

Seeing that Laiyinmute wouldn’t give her any more, Raphael put the cup down on the table, pouted, and hugged her chest in silent anger.

Her cheeks puffed out slightly like a hamster storing food.

Laiyinmute found this amusing and continued drinking.

His alcohol tolerance was decent—he still hadn’t felt much effect.

After all, the amount he bought was just enough for a light drink by himself.

But now that Raphael had taken quite a bit, he didn’t even feel tipsy.

He slowly finished the remaining liquid and polished off the plate of scrambled eggs.

He was just about to tell Raphael to go rest when he turned his head and found…

“She’s already asleep?”

Raphael was now completely slumped on the sofa, her mouth opening and closing occasionally as she murmured.

Laiyinmute sighed and picked her up in a princess carry, heading toward her room.

The sudden loss of support made her flustered, and she instinctively grabbed onto the nearest thing.

Raphael’s arms wrapped around Laiyinmute’s neck.

Laiyinmute’s old face flushed red.

Feeling the creamy fragrance so close, his heart began to stir.

‘Any saying about being unmoved by a beautiful woman in your arms is definitely fake. If someone claims that, either they have a problem with their sexual orientation or they lack the ability.’

He swallowed and pulled Raphael tighter against him.

Feeling his burning body temperature, Raphael couldn’t help but nuzzle.

“Tsk… this is really difficult.”

Laiyinmute quickly walked to Raphael’s room, used his side to press down the door handle, and pushed the door open.

He strode a few steps forward and placed the girl in his arms onto the bed.

He took a deep breath, telling himself to calm down, and barely suppressed the evil fire in his heart.

Just as he turned to leave, a hand grabbed his shirt hem.

He stiffly turned his head and saw a pair of purple eyes.

Those eyes were so bright in the dark room.

The moonlight fell on the girl, and her silver-white hair glowed.

The blush on her small face hadn’t faded yet.

“What’s wrong?”

Laiyinmute forced out only these words after a long silence.

Raphael was drawing circles on the bed with one hand, while the other still held his shirt hem.

“I… I’m scared. Stay with me.”

Raphael said this, her little face lowering, so that Laiyinmute couldn’t see her expression.

He was stunned for a moment, then sighed, nodded, and climbed onto the bed.

His current state wasn’t very good.

Although he really liked the way Raphael looked now, that didn’t mean he couldn’t restrain himself.

Laiyinmute turned his back so he wouldn’t see Raphael’s already closed eyes.

He shut his eyes and tried to suppress the evil fire in his heart.

The dragon had already raised its head, and pushing it down wasn’t easy.

After finally getting it a bit tired, a long leg was suddenly draped over him.

Who else could it be?

Only Raphael.

The desire that should have subsided flared up again.

Her pink toes looked a little pale in the moonlight.

Laiyinmute swallowed and grasped them with his big hand. Just as before.

Very soft, no odor at all.

The only flaw was that because of all the walking recently, her heels had unavoidably become a bit rough.

But the soles of her feet were still as soft as ever.

Because of the tickling, Raphael’s body twitched involuntarily, and she trembled slightly.

Laiyinmute naturally noticed this.

He could barely hold back.

Even though he didn’t want to do it, as a man, how could he not have such needs?

If he were replaced with any other man, he guaranteed that person wouldn’t be able to resist.

Of course, he wouldn’t do that kind of thing to a sleeping Raphael.

That kind of thing requires mutual consent, doesn’t it?

But if it’s just using something else, it should be okay.

After all, wasn’t part of the reason he was feeling so uncomfortable because of her?

His mouth suddenly became dry and hot.

He licked his lips.

His eyes, like those of a hungry wolf, stared at the sleeping girl.

His gaze shifted to the snow-white leg still draped over him.

The feeling below grew even stronger…
