“Can we start?”
The two stood apart in the courtyard. Su Chen didn’t underestimate his opponent just because she was a petite loli.
At the very least, her current realm was above his.
He steadied his breathing, calming his mind.
At this moment, he could feel the airflow around him stirring.
“Come on!” Su Chen called out, ready.
Chi Tong moved instantly, her speed lightning-fast!
For fairness, she didn’t use true qi, relying solely on her fists.
Though she hadn’t reached him, the sharp gust from her punch arrived first.
The fist wind grazed his face like a blade.
Su Chen stood still until Chi Tong was nearly upon him. His eyes sharpened, and with a swift step, he deftly dodged her attack.
Bang!
Her fist struck the ground, creating a deep crater, sending shards of stone flying.
If that punch had hit Su Chen, his ribs would have shattered.
Chi Tong didn’t pause. Supporting herself with one hand on the ground, she spun and launched a whip-like kick.
Her movements were simple and direct, every strike lethal.
At first, Su Chen could only defend, taking a passive stance.
But he quickly grasped Chi Tong’s attack patterns and, as she struck again, shifted from defense to offense.
Chi Tong’s initially dismissive gaze changed abruptly.
How was this possible?
How could it be?
She was certain the man before her was only at the Body Tempering stage.
How could he overpower her, someone at the Foundation Building realm?
By what right!
Su Chen’s relentless attacks targeted her weak points and vital spots.
His goal was to disrupt her true qi flow.
In the moment Chi Tong hesitated, Su Chen seized the opportunity, launching a punch.
“Not bad!” Ying Qingge stood on the corridor, arms crossed, observing.
Her realm far surpassed both of theirs, allowing her to see through their movements.
“To suppress a Foundation Building cultivator at just Body Tempering is unimaginable.”
“The gap between realms is like a chasm—only a genius could achieve this!”
“To adapt so quickly in such a short time, even finding his opponent’s weaknesses—he’s a prodigy! An absolute genius!”
“If not for his monstrous combat instincts, this would be impossible. Genius! Truly a genius!”
Ying Qingge’s eyes sparkled as she commented in awe.
Her little junior brother was only limited by time. Given more, he’d achieve greatness!
Body Tempering overpowering Foundation Building—nobody would believe it if told!
As she finished her last comment, the battle reached its climax.
Su Chen timed his move perfectly, delivering a final strike to Chi Tong.
One move to decide the outcome!
Chi Tong could clearly sense the power behind this strike.
She had no choice but to channel her true qi to block it!
“I concede!”
Chi Tong shouted.
Bang!
Su Chen couldn’t stop his momentum and tried to redirect his attack.
In his haste, he struck her chest.
Chi Tong fell to the ground. Though not seriously injured, a swollen bump rose on her chest.
With no fat to cushion the blow, Su Chen’s solid hit left her flat chest swollen.
Having never experienced such a thing, she stood up, clutching her chest with her arm.
Gritting her teeth, she glared and said bitterly,
“Young Master Su, you’re impressive! I lost.”
She had only been stubbornly resisting, with no real chance to counter.
In the end, she’d used true qi, breaking the rules.
It was her underestimation!
The Empress’s guard, defeated by a rookie—and in such a humiliating way. The throbbing pain in her chest filled her with shame and anger.
Chi Tong bowed to Su Chen, then fled to the rooftop in embarrassment.
So humiliating!
Utterly mortifying!
“Hey! I’m sorry, it wasn’t intentional!” Su Chen tried to speak, but seeing her flee, he could only shout an apology.
Chi Tong ran even faster.
Ying Qingge, witnessing this, was instantly displeased!
How could her little junior brother touch someone else’s chest!
Had she known such a good opportunity would arise, she should’ve fought him herself.
Mine could definitely take a hit!
Su Chen noticed his senior sister’s mood, assuming it was because he’d driven off her Shadow Guard. “Senior Sister, I’m sorry. It really wasn’t intentional—I couldn’t hold back in time.”
Ying Qingge’s expression darkened, clearly unhappy, radiating low pressure.
“I’m very upset! But if you give me a kiss, I’ll forgive you.”
Su Chen didn’t want to upset her. Thinking it was just a kiss on the cheek—a common courtesy in some foreign cultures from their past life—he figured it was fine.
He reassured himself internally.
“Alright then,” he conceded.
A glint flashed in Ying Qingge’s eyes as she suppressed her joy and leaned forward.
Su Chen bent down, intending to plant a kiss on her cheek.
But at the critical moment, Ying Qingge shamelessly turned her head.
Their lips met!
Yes!
She’d finally claimed her little junior brother’s first kiss!
“Oh!” Ying Qingge covered her mouth, feigning shock and whining, “My first kiss is gone!”
“Little Junior Brother, how could you? You have to take responsibility!”
Her words were tearful, but her eyes curved with delight, showing no trace of displeasure.
Su Chen saw through her trick.
“Senior Sister! You clearly turned your head on purpose…” he tried to explain.
It was entirely her scheme—he’d been duped.
“I’m a girl; no matter what, I’m the one at a disadvantage.” Ying Qingge stepped forward, wrapping her arms around Su Chen’s, deliberately brushing her chest against him. “What? Are you going to take advantage and then deny it, Little Junior Brother?”
“No way I’ll let that slide!”
Su Chen had no way to argue, raising his hands in surrender. “Fine, Senior Sister, what do you want me to do?”
“I want you to feed me dinner,” Ying Qingge said, leaning closer, her red lips parting slightly.
Su Chen could only agree.
Ying Qingge ordered food to be served, practically wanting to sit on Su Chen’s lap, refusing to part for a moment.
“Ah.”
Her jade-like arms wrapped around Su Chen, her body leaning against him, soft and boneless, her eyes seductive as she opened her mouth slightly.
They fed each other, bite by bite, until they were full.
As dusk settled.
After washing up, Su Chen entered the room and was greeted by a nosebleed-inducing sight.
Ying Qingge, dressed in sheer clothing, lay on her side by the bed, propped on one hand. Her thin garment, boldly embroidered with mandarin ducks drinking water, clung to her. She beckoned him with a finger. “Little Junior Brother, come here.”
Her eyes burned with unmasked desire, waiting eagerly.
Su Chen instinctively stepped back, but a force pushed him from behind.
He stumbled into the room.
Bang!
The door slammed shut behind him, locking him inside.
Clearly a premeditated trap.
