“Look at the mess you made! My villa’s been wrecked to bits!” Filo turned, one finger pointing at her distant villa.
Though it was far from here, their eyesight was so sharp that calling it eagle-like would be an insult.
The two dragons widened their eyes toward where Filo pointed, spotting a wooden villa.
But… the front door was gone, the windows were gone, the ceiling was teetering, and the four walls had crack crack crack fissures. This villa was practically scrapped.
Seeing this, the dragons finally got why this loli was so pissed. Turns out, their brawl accidentally trashed her house.
But that’s not the point!
The dragons stared at Filo in shock, wondering what kind of person this loli was to knock them out in one hit.
Both dragons were over level 500, top-tier in this world, yet they got flattened in a single blow.
Judging by her look… is she a human powerhouse? Maybe the ultimate human, the “Great Sage”?!
Seeing the dragons’ shocked faces, Filo couldn’t help but frown. With a light flick of her hands, the dragons were dragged across the ground, tangled together.
“Are you ignoring me? Tell me how you’ll fix this. If I don’t get a satisfying answer, I won’t let you off easy~” Filo said with a stern face but a faint smile.
That smile, in the dragons’ eyes, made their massive bodies tremble involuntarily.
The red dragon stammered, unable to speak. The ice dragon instantly pressed her head to the ground, saying, “I’ll take responsibility and fix the house!”
The red dragon, seeing this, copied the ice dragon’s move, her head banging into the ground. “Me too!”
“Good. Work fast and get it done before nightfall.” Filo said, letting out a yawn. Fight’s over, time to sleep.
As Filo turned to head back for a nap, the ice dragon pursed her lips, then opened her mouth again.
“Senior!”
“Hm? Anything else?” Filo paused, puzzled, turning to look at the ice dragon, who stared at her with sparkling eyes, taking a deep breath.
“Please, Senior, take me as your apprentice!” the ice dragon said, dead serious.
“What??” Filo and the red dragon’s minds sprouted three giant question marks. But the red dragon snapped out of it quick.
No way I’m letting you get ahead!
The red dragon mimicked the ice dragon’s move, repeating, “Me too! Please, Senior, take me as well!”
The dragons looked at Filo earnestly, but Filo couldn’t muster an ounce of enthusiasm.
So this is the classic “worship the strong” thing? Pretty normal, so Filo didn’t bother asking why.
But she genuinely wasn’t interested. Teaching? For one, she had nothing to teach them, and taking apprentices sounded exhausting.
Filo slowly raised her palm, about to refuse, when the ice dragon, as if sensing rejection, launched a second “attack.”
“I don’t need Master to teach anything. We’re dragons, different from Master’s race. Just staying by Master’s side is enough. Watching a powerhouse’s life is the best training for me.
Plus, I’m actually pretty capable! I can do chores and stuff!”
The ice dragon didn’t know why she brought up chores, but it felt like a “bonus point.”
And her hunch was right. The moment she mentioned chores, Filo hesitated.
True, chores like laundry or dishwashing weren’t things bears could handle—they’re too clumsy.
Sure, bears could make furniture, but washing clothes with bear paws… ugh, too horrifying to imagine.
Seeing Filo’s thoughtful silence, the ice dragon gasped in surprise. That move worked? Fate’s on my side!
The red dragon, meanwhile, was totally clueless, blinking, unsure what to say.
Whatever, let Ice Dragon handle it. I’ll just say “me too” at the end.
Filo stayed silent for a minute, then looked at the dragons and slowly asked one final question.
“Can you cook?”
“Cook?”
“You don’t know how?”
“I do! Of course I do! Don’t let my looks fool you—my cooking’s top-notch. Back in my clan, no elder could resist my dishes!”
“Alright, deal. Follow me.” Filo waved them over and turned toward the villa.
The ice and red dragons, thrilled, glanced at each other. They actually pulled it off!
Ice Dragon: Look at your big sis, snagging such an awesome master. Don’t you owe me a thanks?
Red Dragon: Thanks, Sis… bah, I’m the big sis! You stinky little sister!
Ice Dragon: What? You’re such a brat.
In a flash, their cheery grins turned to fiery glares, tails swishing, nearly tangling.
Filo, walking ahead, suddenly remembered something and stopped. She turned quietly to look back. The dragons instantly straightened up, facing her at lightning speed.
“Master! Any problem?!”
“You’re too big. Can you shrink a bit?”
“Shrink? Oh, you mean human form, right? We can, we can!”
The dragons closed their eyes. Ice-blue and fiery-red lights glowed around them.
As the lights faded, two beautiful girls stepped out from the dazzling glow.
Two stunning girls, differing only in eye and hair color, appeared before Filo. They wore plain casual clothes, but even that couldn’t hide their sky-high beauty.
Filo couldn’t help but gulp. Their looks were totally on par with her current body’s level.
“Master, how’s this? Passable?”
“Barely passable.” Filo gave a light cough, replying.
Despite her calm front, Filo’s heart was stirring with waves.
With these two beauties, how’s she supposed to stay salted-fish? This blatant temptation… well, maybe not temptation, since she’s got no “tools” for that now…
Even a salted fish like Filo silently shed two streams of tears, her heart charging up for a roaring shout.
“Goddess, I swear I’m not done with you!!!”
Tftc!
Salted fish can never be lazy lol
Thanks for the chapter !
