“Ahhh—”
Akiha Sakura let out a long, resentful sigh and plopped down into the seat at the most secluded corner table in the amusement park restaurant.
It was a table for two, and it was also the most remote, corner spot in the entire restaurant, so calling it ‘the darkest corner’ wouldn’t be an exaggeration.
But for some reason, Akiha Sakura wanted to sit here, and Yuuma Tsugumu was always casual about seating, so he silently agreed to sit here as well.
Akiha Sakura had bought the ice cream this morning, so naturally, lunch today fell to Yuuma Tsugumu to purchase.
Sitting at the table, Akiha Sakura rested her chin in her hands and kept sighing.
“Life is so hard, even a kitty would sigh, ahhh—”
‘Wasted a whole morning just riding that death-defying roller coaster. I really don’t know how my past self could enjoy this.’
Looking at the couples cuddling all around her, Akiha Sakura’s earlier excitement vanished completely.
A feeling of nausea mixed with a tinge of jealousy welled up in her heart.
‘Damn Pure Love Warriors! They’re everywhere! Damn it, no matter where you go, it’s all these stuck-together couples like patches of dog skin plaster!’
Feeling somewhat irritable, Akiha Sakura scratched her head, messing up the hair clip pinned to her hair a bit.
‘So annoying, so annoying! Why is everyone else so successful while I’m constantly hitting walls?! I’m a beautiful girl too, you know?!’
As a former male in her past life, Akiha Sakura was well aware that she was indeed very good-looking.
She also believed the persona she’d built at school was excellent, and many people had confessed to her.
Yet, for some reason, she just couldn’t seem to conquer this guy, Yuuma Tsugumu.
‘The revolution is not yet complete, comrade, you still need to work hard, huh!’
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got.
She even kicked the underside of the table.
With a dull thump, Akiha Sakura’s face flushed red with heat.
‘What the heck? Why does this restaurant’s table feel like marble when you kick it?’
She hadn’t held back at all with that kick.
She wanted to make the table jump a little to psych herself up.
Instead of psyching up, she just added her foot to the casualty list.
“Ouch, ouch, ouch…”
Curling up, Akiha Sakura reached under the long tablecloth, took off her shoe, and rubbed her sore foot.
‘So embarrassing, so embarrassing… Good thing there’s a tablecloth covering it, or people would think I’m some foot-picking little girl… Wait.’
At that moment, Akiha Sakura suddenly thought of something.
The pain in her foot miraculously vanished instantly.
‘If that’s the case, then maybe I can…’
Right at that moment—Yuuma Tsugumu returned.
“I went late, so only these were left.”
Yuuma Tsugumu sighed, then carefully placed the two lunch trays he was carrying on the table.
“It’s fine, it’s fine~”
Akiha Sakura craned her neck to glance at the lunch on the tray, replying perfunctorily.
“Mhm.”
Yuuma Tsugumu gently pushed Akiha Sakura’s portion in front of her, then picked up his own chopsticks, intending to dig in.
“Let’s eat first. After we finish, we can go check out some of the less crowded rides?”
“Okay.”
Akiha Sakura nodded.
She looked down at her tray, then back up at Yuuma Tsugumu, a glint of mischief flashing in her eyes.
She quietly lifted the foot that was still bare and sore from kicking, then slowly began extending it toward Yuuma Tsugumu’s direction—
“…”
“!”
Yuuma Tsugumu jolted in surprise.
He didn’t even swallow his food before putting down his chopsticks to stare at Akiha Sakura across from him.
“Tsuguo-kun?”
However, Akiha Sakura at that moment was lowering her head, seemingly savoring today’s lunch carefully.
As if sensing Yuuma Tsugumu’s gaze, she looked up and gave him a smile.
Cute little dimples appeared on her fair, jade-like cheeks.
“What’s wrong?”
“You’re asking me what’s wrong? You tell me what’s wrong!”
“How would I know what’s wrong with you? If you don’t say it, how can I know what’s wrong with you?”
Akiha Sakura shook her head with a smile, her two little dimples deepening.
By now, the ‘Akiha Little Devil’ had already begun gently rubbing Yuuma Tsugumu’s calf with her plump, round toes.
That soft sensation traveled directly from Yuuma Tsugumu’s skin to his brain, causing his cheeks to start flushing slightly red.
“…”
Yuuma Tsugumu didn’t want to waste any more words.
He subtly pulled his leg back a little, trying to evade the ‘Akiha Little Devil’s’ teasing under the table.
“Hmph.”
Feeling Yuuma Tsugumu move his foot, Akiha Sakura lightly bit her lip, a competitive spirit silently rising in her heart—
‘Hmph… trying to run?’
Akiha Sakura bit her lip and got serious—
“!”
Yuuma Tsugumu couldn’t see under the table.
At first, he simply assumed Akiha Sakura’s target was only his calf.
He hadn’t expected this girl to be aiming for his ‘little brother’.
“You?!”
Feeling the transmitted softness, Yuuma Tsugumu’s body stiffened.
“You’re such a small fry~ Do you really react just from a foot? Small Fry Tsugumi~”
The corners of Akiha Sakura’s eyes lifted slightly, revealing a slightly mocking smile as she looked at Yuuma Tsugumu across from her, her gaze looking at him as if he were trash.
“Truly a Pure Hearted Brother~ Surrendering’ so easily~ You’re such a small fry~”
The sensation coming back from the sole of her foot also made Akiha Sakura’s body start to feel tingly and numb.
Her expression began to flush a bit, and her breathing became slightly quicker.
“Small fry, small fry, small fry~”
As the frequency increased, Yuuma Tsugumu’s mind was becoming a mess.
‘D-damn it, this wicked woman! I actually thought for a second she might ‘turn over a new leaf’!’
Because there were too many people here, any slightly large movement from him would attract the attention of those around them.
So, at this moment, he didn’t dare do anything to Akiha Sakura.
“Eh— You’re not even resisting? Bleh! In~com~pe~tent~ small~ fry~”
As if having grasped Yuuma Tsugumu’s weakness, Akiha Sakura continued to softly mock him, even sticking her tongue out at him playfully—then she continued in a volume only the two of them could hear, her tone carrying a hint of seductive mockery:
“Tsuguo-kun, there’s something I want to tell you—I was serious about what I said that day, you know! About stealing your girlfriend away, I will definitely do it!”
Taking advantage of the crowd around them, Akiha Sakura once again used the words from last time to provoke the ‘Pure Love Warrior’ in front of her.
Seeing him sitting across from her, head lowered without any reaction, Akiha Sakura couldn’t describe how delightful and happy she felt inside.
‘De… delicious Who knew this kind of negative energy could taste so delicious to me! Hehehehehe… Entertain me more, entertain me more, Small Fry Tsugumi~’
As her heart stirred, Akiha Sakura’s foot also began to grow more audacious.
“Where is it~? Where is the thing I’m looking for~?”
“Ah, found it!”
Akiha Sakura’s foot stopped.
She looked up at the utterly flustered Yuuma Tsugumu across from her.
“I’m going to start eating now?”
Akiha Sakura’s toes pinched the zipper and began to slowly pull it down.
“Don’t push me too far!”
Yuuma Tsugumu finally couldn’t take it anymore.
He reached one hand under the tablecloth, grabbed Akiha Sakura’s ankle, and lifted it upward in one swift motion—
Since Akiha Sakura’s toes were still pinching the zipper, the zipper was pulled back up along with the motion.
Then, Yuuma Tsugumu’s other hand wasn’t idle either.
It went straight under the tablecloth and grabbed that small foot clad in a white sock.
“Tsu… Tsuguo-kun!”
Feeling her foot firmly seized by Yuuma Tsugumu, Akiha Sakura gasped inwardly—
‘No way, is he really daring to make such a big move in front of all these people?!’
“What is that person doing with both hands under the table?”
People around them started turning their gazes toward Yuuma Tsugumu—
By now, Yuuma Tsugumu had entered the ‘Pure Love Warrior Rage’ stage.
He no longer cared about the surrounding sounds; all he wanted now was revenge on Akiha Sakura.
“You… you’re done for! Not even Jesus can stop me, I mean it!”
