‘Ugh, seriously…’
Antuxi let out a long, deep sigh that echoed through the office.
She propped her chin up with one hand, her eyes swirling with a complex mix of emotions as she watched the witch before her—her own daughter—posing frantically.
“How is it that my intelligence, my beauty, my ability to make fish sink and geese fall, and my power to eclipse the moon and shame the flowers… not even a fraction of it was inherited?”
Antuxi’s desire to complain surged, her mind flooded with a barrage of internal comments.
‘Why can’t she shake off that original foolishness? Is that underlying base code truly unbreakable? Couldn’t I at least get some decent positive feedback for a change…’
Watching Tunzuo giggle foolishly, Antuxi sighed again.
She kept persuading herself internally until she finally managed to accept the painful truth that her daughter was indeed intellectually challenged and that this condition might be permanent.
After reaching a sort of tragic compromise with herself, Antuxi finally waved her hand, like calling a large dog, to summon Tunzuo, who was still striking poses and flaunting her new look in front of Olivia.
“Alright, enough showing off. Come here, let me see.”
“Oh, coming, Mommy!”
Tunzuo’s eyes lit up at the words.
She scampered over quickly, her movements nimble and completely devoid of the Odilis family’s usual restraint.
She hurried to stand before Antuxi, spread her arms, and proudly displayed herself in her new ceremonial dress, her face practically screaming for praise.
Antuxi stood up, circled Tunzuo twice, her gaze sharp as a ruler, precisely measuring every cut and stitch of the dress.
After looking her over from head to toe, Antuxi flicked her fingertip.
A traceless, colorless flame ignited out of thin air.
The flame had no heat, but it exuded an aura of destruction that made any witch’s heart tremble.
Antuxi casually swept her hand over Tunzuo.
The flame coiled around the surface of the dress like a spirit serpent but didn’t damage it in the slightest.
Instead, it was completely devoured by the faint light flowing across the dress’s surface, leaving not even a trace of a scorch mark.
After confirming that Tunzuo’s dress couldn’t be ignited by her own flames, Antuxi nodded in satisfaction.
The pickiness in her eyes dissipated slightly.
“Alright, looks like you lot didn’t try to cut corners with me this time. Hmph, still, it takes my taste to get this right. Makes her look imposing, though she’s still an airhead at heart.”
Antuxi withdrew her hand, a proud smile curling at the corner of her mouth.
“Naturally, Your Grace. We dedicate ourselves fully to serving you.”
Wensente, who was standing nearby, immediately stepped forward at the words.
She bowed respectfully to Antuxi and then began to ride the wave of praise to claim credit.
“Hmph, I suppose you did well enough this time.”
Antuxi let out a light snort, which served as tacit approval that Wensente and her team had passed the test.
As Antuxi bantered with Wensente, Tunzuo curiously tugged at her own hem.
She raised her hands to examine the texture of her gauntlets and vambraces.
Looking at the precisely interlocking joints on the armor, Tunzuo couldn’t help but feel curious.
“Mommy, what’s this dress called? Is it like Huanye, with a ‘Huan’ something? Like ‘Huanyin’ or ‘Huanguang’ or something?”
Antuxi didn’t hesitate for a second at Tunzuo’s question.
She looked at Tunzuo’s face, paused for a brief moment, and then spoke the name she had already settled on in her heart.
“No. It is called ‘Wilde Words’.”
After saying the dress’s name, the light in Antuxi’s eyes noticeably dimmed.
The upward curve of her mouth flattened almost imperceptibly.
It seemed as though this dress was never meant to be worn by Tunzuo.
“Wilde Words?”
Tunzuo blinked.
Just as she was about to ask what meaning the dress’s name held, she acutely sensed a change in her mother’s mood, and it wasn’t a good one.
Feeling that asking further might get her hit, Tunzuo quickly shut her mouth.
Her survival instinct instantly took over.
For the sake of her own backside, Tunzuo wisely chose to keep quiet.
“Alright, Wensente, take the two of them downstairs to rest. Tomorrow, you two can head to the Golden Courtyard on your own. I won’t be joining you for dinner tonight, so just order whatever you want to eat, silly daughter. Don’t overthink it. The Bishop’s Tower will handle everything.”
Antuxi waved her hand casually, not caring about Tunzuo’s random thoughts.
Hearing that Antuxi wasn’t planning to come along, Tunzuo felt a surge of panic.
“Huh? Mommy, aren’t you coming with us?”
She instantly lost confidence in attending the Gold Family’s banquet tomorrow.
Antuxi sat back down in her seat, looking languid and elegant.
“Heh, Fafnir invited you, not me. Do you think I, the head witch, would stoop to tagging along just for the sake of my image? Just go eat and drink at that boring banquet on your own.”
Seeing that Tunzuo still looked dejected, Antuxi added another line.
“You don’t have to worry about anything. Like I said before, it’s just a meal. What can they do to you? It’s not like Fafnir is going to eat you. Alright, Wensente, take them to the guest room.”
Seeing Antuxi start to shoo them away, Tunzuo could only let out a listless “Oh.”
She turned around, ready to leave with Olivia.
Suddenly, Antuxi spoke up again, raising a seemingly casual request.
“Oh, and Wensente, just arrange one room for the two of them.”
The moment Antuxi said this, the expression on Olivia’s face became incredibly dramatic.
A light she called surprise burst forth from her previously downcast eyes.
The corners of her mouth wildly rose and then were desperately suppressed.
A gleam of gossipy delight shone in Wensente’s shrewd eyes as her gaze flickered between Tunzuo and Olivia, her mind racing with calculations.
As for the witch in question, Tunzuo’s face instantly flushed bright red.
The whole witch looked like a boiled lobster, waving her hands helplessly like a prawn raising its claws, her legs feeling weak.
“Mommy! What, what are you saying?! How can the two of us share a room?! This, this is completely improper!”
Tunzuo’s voice cracked.
Her eyes darted around in panic, not knowing where to look.
“Hmm? What’s the problem with that?”
Antuxi raised an eyebrow, looking as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
“Didn’t you two sleep in the same bed back at the academy? I saw you two were as close as Siamese twins. Why are you getting shy now? What, are you rejecting her?”
“No, no, that’s…”
Antuxi’s words choked Tunzuo, leaving her speechless and unsure how to respond.
Just as Tunzuo’s brain overloaded, trying to formulate a rebuttal, Olivia beat her to it.
She stepped in front of Tunzuo, cutting off all her avenues of retreat.
She bowed slightly, her voice unable to hide its elation.
“Thank you for your trust, Your Grace Antuxi. Rest assured, I will take good care of Xiao Youling.”
“Hmm, good. At least you know what’s good for you. Wensente, get to work.”
“Ah? Oh, yes, Your Grace.”
Antuxi nodded in satisfaction, as if she had just completed a perfect witch transaction.
Wensente hurriedly stopped eavesdropping, forcibly suppressing the auntie-like smile at the corner of her mouth, and led Tunzuo and Olivia out the door.
Seeing that the matter was already settled and that she had been practically “sold off” by Antuxi, Tunzuo could only pout and reluctantly back out of Antuxi’s office.
She kept turning her head back, looking at Antuxi with a resentful gaze, but Antuxi completely ignored her.
After a series of twists and turns, Wensente led Tunzuo and Olivia to a stop in front of a room that looked ordinary.
“Miss, this is your and Miss Olivia’s room.”
Wensente pushed the door open and made a gesture of invitation.
Tunzuo and Olivia stepped inside, but what greeted their eyes was an empty space.
There was no bed, no table, no chairs, not even a rug on the floor.
There were only four white walls and a pristine floor.
To put it nicely, it was a roughly renovated shell of a room.
“Uh… does Mommy mean for us to sleep on the floor? This is… a bit too minimalist…”
Tunzuo looked at the empty room, a twitch at the corner of her mouth as she made a soulful inquiry.
At this, Wensente covered her mouth and chuckled, beginning to explain to Tunzuo.
“You jest, Miss. I wouldn’t dare. Of course, if Your Grace specifically arranged it, that would be a different matter. This guest room is enchanted with a high-level mental materialization spell. It can read the thoughts of the witch residing in it and automatically furnish the room according to the witch’s heart’s desire, like this.”
As Wensente explained, she shifted her own thoughts.
A faint light flashed, and a sturdy, heavy redwood table appeared in the center of the room, its grain clear and exuding an ancient aura.
“Oh, that’s handy. Want anything, get anything. The head witch’s place sure has its perks.”
Tunzuo’s eyes lit up, her previous gloom instantly vanishing.
“Since you are satisfied, Miss, I will take my leave.”
Wensente, having finished her demonstration, retreated to the door, saying her goodbyes to Tunzuo and Olivia.
“Have a pleasant evening, you two. Sweet dreams.”
With a click, the door closed, leaving only Tunzuo and Olivia in the room.
The atmosphere became a bit awkward.
The moment Wensente left, Olivia’s dignified posture instantly crumbled.
Without a word, like a shark that had caught the scent of blood, she lunged forward and wrapped her arms around Tunzuo from behind, locking her tightly in her embrace.
She buried her face in the nape of Tunzuo’s neck and started sniffing back and forth.
“Hey! You pervy dragon! What are you doing! Calm down! Who said you could touch me! You’re too warm!”
Tunzuo was startled by Olivia’s sudden attack.
She struggled in Olivia’s arms, using her hands and feet, but couldn’t break free no matter what she did.
What Tunzuo didn’t know was that the Wilde Words dress she was wearing, to a dragon witch who naturally loved treasures and was completely defenseless against beautiful, exquisite things, was an irresistible, top-tier temptation.
Tempted by the ultimate treasure, combined with her own obsession with Tunzuo, Olivia was burning with desire.
It had been very difficult for her to act proper in front of Antuxi.
Now that she finally had a chance to be alone, Olivia wasn’t about to let Tunzuo go so easily.
“So fragrant… I want to eat you up…”
Olivia mumbled incoherently.
As she rubbed against the nape of Tunzuo’s neck, her hot breath spraying onto Tunzuo’s sensitive skin, Tunzuo’s body gradually went limp.
She stopped struggling, her legs even beginning to tremble slightly from the tingling sensation.
After a while, sensing that Olivia’s movements had slowed, turning from frantic sucking into gentle nuzzling, Tunzuo panted heavily and pushed Olivia’s head away before speaking.
“Back to reality? If you’ve come to your senses, let’s decorate the room first. It looks so empty.”
“Ahem, sorry, Xiao Youling. Moment of weakness, just a moment of weakness…”
Olivia reluctantly released Tunzuo after her brain had cooled down.
A hint of lingering blush was still on her face.
Tunzuo rubbed her reddened neck and said with exasperation, “Such a handful. No self-control at all.”
Then, Tunzuo and Olivia closed their eyes together, focusing their thoughts.
They imagined the style of room they wanted.
Soon, furniture materialized out of thin air, curtains hung by themselves, and lights turned on.
The renovated room appeared before their eyes.
But looking at the finished room, both Tunzuo and Olivia twitched their mouths, finding it hard to bear.
Because the room Tunzuo and Olivia had decorated was completely…
An enlarged version of the Witch Academy of the Vast Sea City dormitory! Exactly the same!
The same furniture, the same arrangement of the desk, and the textbooks were even placed on the desk.
It was just a double bed.
“Hey? Pervy dragon, I’m used to living in the dorm, so I’m ignorant and uncultured. But you, a young lady of wealth, why do you have the same setup?”
Tunzuo stared at the familiar desk, her stomach full of complaints with nowhere to start.
“Don’t you have one of those golden, resplendent castles at home? How can you be so… down-to-earth?”
Faced with Tunzuo’s questioning, Olivia coughed awkwardly twice, her eyes darting around, as if trying to hide something.
“You know, Xiao Youling, I like a minimalist style… and besides, when I’m with you, this kind of environment makes me feel more at ease…”
“Alright, you win. Forget it. At least I won’t have trouble sleeping because of an unfamiliar bed. Let’s change into our pajamas first. It’s weird wearing this formal dress all the time. It’s too tight.”
Tunzuo shook her head in resignation, accepting Olivia’s explanation.
She didn’t think about it any further.
“No way, wear it a little longer.”
Seeing that Tunzuo was about to take off the dress, Olivia felt a bit reluctant.
In her eyes, Tunzuo in the Wilde Words was like an extremely addictive psychoactive drug, making the witch unable to stop.
“Shush, shush. What if it gets wrinkled? I want to get a good night’s sleep.”
Tunzuo said as she reached out to pull open the wardrobe door.
But as soon as she opened it, the sight inside made her stare in dumbfounded amazement.
There were no pajamas in the wardrobe at all.
As far as the eye could see, it was filled with a series of provocative cosplay outfits: bunny girl, maid, cheongsam, nurse, JK uniform…
Every single piece was exquisitely made and had an incredibly small amount of fabric.
One look was enough for Tunzuo to know that all these clothes were her size.
Tunzuo didn’t say a word.
She silently walked over to the bedside table, took a deep breath, and suddenly yanked the drawer open.
Crash!
The bedside table drawer was neatly arranged with ultra-thin condoms and all sorts of electric toys, available in every variety imaginable.
They had even thoughtfully prepared lubricant.
Tunzuo’s face instantly turned grim.
She shot a look of disgust and hatred at Olivia like a thousand sharp blades, making Olivia flinch and her clothes gradually become damp with cold sweat.
Then, Tunzuo walked to the wall and raised her hand to press the room’s light switch.
Click.
The next second, the bright white light went out, replaced by a pink, seductive glow.
A few ambiguous red lights lit up by the head of the bed, filling the room with an atmosphere that made any witch blush.
Tunzuo crossed her arms, leaning against the wardrobe, and looked at Olivia with an icy glare.
Her voice was devoid of any emotion.
“At this point, do you have anything to say for yourself?!”
Olivia stood up from the edge of the bed, turned around, and looked at Tunzuo with a gaze full of determination, like a warrior departing for battle, never to return.
“It has come to this. I have nothing more to say. Please, do the deed quickly.”
“Good. Very good.”
Before the words had even fully left her mouth, Tunzuo flickered.
A textbook-perfect scissor hold locked onto Olivia, flipping her onto the floor.
Tunzuo squeezed Olivia’s head and neck tightly between her thighs, forcing Olivia to teeter on the edge of suffocation.
“You pervy dragon! So this is why the room turned out exactly the way I imagined it! I thought we had some kind of telepathy! Turns out you were just thinking about perverted stuff the whole time, weren’t you?!”
Tunzuo ground her teeth, tightening the pressure of her legs even more.
“You’re the one who thought of the wardrobe! You thought of the drawer! And the pink lights too! What do you think this is, a love hotel?! Huh?!”
Struggling under Tunzuo’s tight hold, Olivia tried to say something, her hands frantically slapping the floor.
“Hmm? Got something to say? Fine, I’ll give you a chance to explain.”
Tunzuo squinted slightly and loosened the pressure on her legs a bit, but she still maintained the restraining position.
However, what the witch didn’t expect was that, seizing this chance, Olivia took a deep breath and shouted with all her might.
“Thank you for the meal!”
“Die! You pervy dragon!!!”
