Aiweila suddenly felt her whole body grow warm.
She rose to her feet again and looked at the princess who had suddenly appeared before her, her eyes full of fury.
“Relax, dear. You barely just got rescued. Do you really want to fight me again?”
A surge of Magic Power gathered in Aiweila’s hand.
‘Sister is already dead. What meaning is there in living in this world?’
However, before she could act, Beijina pressed down on her shoulder, leaned close to her ear, and whispered:
“Don’t be impulsive! Listen, Luo Xiaosu… she probably isn’t dead.”
Aiweila’s pupils suddenly contracted sharply.
She opened her mouth, but the words she wanted to ask caught in her throat.
“A witch doesn’t die that easily.”
“And the way she disappeared at the end looked a lot like a kind of Teleportation Magic she used before.”
“Before, she used this method to fake her death and fool everyone, while actually hiding deep in the mountains and old forests.”
“Even I couldn’t find her.”
Aiweila’s originally hollow eyes instantly showed a glimmer of light.
She unconsciously touched her chest, where Luo Xiaosu’s Magic Power was flowing.
“I don’t know why she abandoned you either, but she left all her Magic Power to you.”
“That means… she cares about you.”
After Emilia finished reprimanding Nuoya, she saw Beijina still leaning close to Aiweila and felt inexplicably displeased.
“Aren’t you leaving yet?”
Beijina took one last look at Aiweila, a trace of complicated emotion in her eyes.
“Live well. This is probably what she wanted to see.”
She lied.
In truth, she had no idea whether Luo Xiaosu was alive, but she hoped Aiweila would live well.
A large part of the reason for Luo Xiaosu’s death was that Beijina had brought Emilia there.
Emilia ordered a retreat.
All the soldiers immediately left with the wounded, leaving only Aiweila standing quietly in place.
“Sister… isn’t dead yet…”
She murmured to herself, her voice hoarse from crying out earlier.
Aiweila felt that portion of Luo Xiaosu’s Magic Power within her, as if through this Magic Power she could sense Luo Xiaosu’s presence.
“Sister, even so, are you going to avoid me?”
Aiweila’s eyes gradually darkened.
“I will find you. No matter what method I use, I will find you.”
“Then I will firmly tie you to my side, never leaving even a step.”
“And turn you into someone who cannot live without me.”
“Cough, cough…”
The long-missed smell of disinfectant was somewhat pungent.
Luo Xiaosu was back on the hospital bed.
Her body was no longer covered in blood and mud, but had been changed into a clean hospital gown.
“I’m back?”
She blinked and looked around blankly.
What came into view was the familiar hospital room, and beside her came the piercing “beep–” of the electrocardiogram machine.
Then, that familiar System notification sound rang in her mind again.
[Congratulations, Host, on completing the mission. Mission rewards have now been issued: medicine for part of the treatment course, and the Witch’s complete magical knowledge and memories.]
[The medicine has been automatically administered to the Host.]
Hearing what the System said, Luo Xiaosu unconsciously raised her hand and clenched her fist.
But she still felt very weak.
[In response to Host, the medicine will take some time to take effect.]
As if guessing what Luo Xiaosu was thinking, the System immediately replied.
“Is that so? All right then.”
Just as she lay back down on the hospital bed, Luo Xiaosu suddenly realized something was off.
“Wait? My voice? And my body?”
She suddenly sat up and immediately realized the problem.
Why was she still a girl?
“Didn’t I come back after completing the mission? Why am I still a girl?”
“System! Get out here and explain!”
She shouted for the System in her mind, hoping to find a solution.
However…
[In response to Host, this is also part of the reward. To allow the Host to use the Witch’s Magic Power, the System automatically converted the Host’s body.]
“Reward? What kind of reward is this?”
What a joke.
Because of the fluorescent disease, she had already looked like a soft, sweet-smelling little femboy.
And now it was even better.
The “male” part was gone, and she had completely become a little girl.
“How am I supposed to explain this appearance to Mom and Dad?”
Just as she held her head, wondering how to make her parents accept that the little pig they had worked so hard to raise had somehow become a little cabbage…
Suddenly, the hospital room door was thrown open with a “bang.”
A nurse hurriedly ran in and saw Luo Xiaosu sitting on the hospital bed, holding her head.
“Luo Xiaosu, how did you accidentally knock off the electrocardiogram machine’s electrode pads?”
“And you didn’t press the bell to call a nurse!”
She walked up, panting, and turned off the electrocardiogram machine.
“Ah, this… sorry, I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, so…”
“Be careful next time, or we’ll misunderstand.”
She casually signed the form beside the hospital bed, then turned and left the room.
Only after the hospital room door closed did Luo Xiaosu come back to her senses.
She lay down again.
Out of the corner of her eye, she glanced at the form beside her and saw that the sex field had now become female.
“Huh? Why has the sex here become female too?”
[In response to Host, this is to avoid unnecessary trouble. In everyone’s current perception, you have always been a girl.]
“Uh, is that so?”
“Then should I praise you for being pretty considerate, huh?”
Luo Xiaosu grumbled.
But in that case, she no longer had to worry about how to explain to others how she had become a girl.
That night, Luo Xiaosu was sleeping soundly on the hospital bed.
Suddenly, a Magic Circle appeared on the floor of the hospital room.
Then Aiweila’s figure suddenly appeared.
“Hmm? Where am I?”
As soon as Aiweila crossed over, she pinched her nose.
The pungent smell of disinfectant in the air made her very uncomfortable.
She vaguely remembered that she had been searching for a way to find Luo Xiaosu.
Suddenly, a voice entered her mind, telling her that if she wanted to find Luo Xiaosu, she should do as the voice said.
Then a Teleportation Magic Array appeared before her.
Although Aiweila doubted what the other party said, in order to find Luo Xiaosu, she still decided to step into the Magic Circle.
Then she was teleported to this unfamiliar place.
Just as Aiweila looked around, she suddenly noticed that on the hospital bed beside her lay none other than Luo Xiaosu, the sister she had been longing for day and night.
“Sister!”
Aiweila immediately cried out, then quickly covered her mouth, afraid of waking Luo Xiaosu.
She gently walked to the bedside.
By the light beside the bed, she carefully studied Luo Xiaosu’s face, which held a sickly pallor.
“Sister, why did you abandon me like this?”
Aiweila reached out and stroked Luo Xiaosu’s cheek.
“But it’s all right. No matter where Sister runs, I will find you.”
She bent down, cupped Luo Xiaosu’s face, and kissed her lips.
Not satisfied with the surface, Aiweila deepened the kiss, taking it further.
Luo Xiaosu, in her sleep, twisted her body, wanting to break free, but was held tightly by the other, unable to break free at all.
