Chapter 45: An Immersive Performance

Keliya’s heart skipped a beat, and a faint blush crept across her cheeks. But she quickly suppressed her emotions and put on a serious expression again.

“So, how did you like Big Sister’s kiss?”

Weiwei immediately got goosebumps all over.

Of course, there hadn’t been a real kiss—she had just covered her mouth. But the way it sounded really did seem like a kiss!

So that was why she covered my mouth, huh?

While she was lost in thought, Keliya lifted Weiwei’s chin, making it clear that if she didn’t hurry up and play along, things wouldn’t end well.

Weiwei didn’t want to be teased again, so she could only nod reluctantly, looking pitiful.

“I hate it… I hate it so much~~”

Even she found it cringey. Just listening to herself gave her goosebumps.

Ahh, if only the ground would split open, she’d crawl right in!

The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. She opened her mouth and tried to bite Keliya’s finger. But Keliya was quick, pulling her hand away in an instant.

Weiwei bit nothing but air, her teeth clacking together with a crisp sound.

She hugged her head and trembled, while Keliya watched her with a triumphant grin.

“Say your lines!” Keliya urged in a low voice.

Weiwei had no choice. She gathered her emotions again and spoke in a coquettish tone:

“Big Sister Keliya is so gentle~~ I like Big Sister the most~~”

Keliya froze for a moment.

Seeing Weiwei acting so seriously actually made her a little uncomfortable.

“Not bad.” Keliya said, pretending to be composed. “Big Sister will reward you well tonight.”

Weiwei’s face turned even redder.

“Do we really have to go this far?”

The more she spoke, the more embarrassed she felt.

It was just an act… so why was the atmosphere getting weirder?

Keliya urged impatiently:

“Hurry up and cooperate with me. My patience is limited.”

Weiwei glared at her, fuming.

If we’re going to act, we’ll act all the way.

Thinking that, Weiwei took a deep breath and recalled scenes from various TV dramas she had watched before.

“Big Sister is so mean, making me say it out loud.”

Keliya was stunned on the spot.

Her mouth dropped open as she stared at Weiwei in disbelief.

Weiwei was embarrassed herself, but since things had come this far, there was no backing down.

As long as she didn’t feel awkward, the awkwardness would fall on someone else.

“You’re the one who told me to cooperate, aren’t you?”

“Right…”

Keliya finally snapped out of it.

She kept reminding herself that this was just an act.

Stay calm. Just finish playing this role first.

So she put on a composed expression again.

“I never thought Weiwei could act so well.”

Weiwei rolled her eyes.

It was her who told her to act, and now she was mocking her for it.

Whose problem was this, anyway?

“Doesn’t Big Sister like girls like this?”

“Of course I do.”

“Then let’s keep acting~~”

“Little sister Weiwei~~”

Keliya suddenly lunged forward.

Weiwei screamed in fright, instinctively shrinking her body.

For a second, she thought Keliya had gotten too into character.

But the next second, Keliya pricked up her ears.

She was listening to the room next door.

The silence next door was unusually suspicious.

Logically, Jun Yisha should have been resting by now.

Not making a sound made it even more suspicious.

Keliya immediately realized the other party might be eavesdropping.

In that case, they had to go all out with the act.

“Little sister Weiwei, I like you the most~~”

“Huh?”

Weiwei was startled at first, but then she caught on.

They were still acting.

“Big Sister Keliya… I like you the most too.”

As soon as she finished, Keliya quietly patted her leg.

Weiwei was caught off guard and let out a yelp.

“Ah—!”

“What are you doing!” Weiwei protested in a low voice.

Keliya didn’t explain, just pulled her to her feet.

Then she walked over to the bed, grabbed the headboard with both hands, and shook it vigorously.

The bed immediately began to creak, “squeak, squeak.”

Weiwei’s shoulders tensed, and her face turned red all the way to her ears.

“What on earth are you doing?!”

“Acting.”

Keliya answered with a straight face.

Weiwei was so mortified she immediately turned around, crouched in the corner, and covered her head with her arms.

There was no way she was watching this.

In the room next door, Jun Yisha had her ear pressed against the wall.

At first, she thought their conversation seemed a little forced, like they were putting on a show.

She was planning to ask about it tomorrow.

But then, the sound of the bed shaking came from next door.

Jun Yisha’s suspicion immediately turned into a satisfied smile.

“Looks like I was overthinking it.”

She nodded contentedly.

Since the young ladies were getting along so well, she wouldn’t disturb them.

With that in mind, she waved her hand, cast a soundproofing spell, and actively blocked out the noise from next door.

Then she laid back down in bed.

For some reason, she suddenly missed her lover a little.

“I’ll ask about it tomorrow.”
